Phu Tho Provincial Media Reports Environmental and Energy Cooperation with AWT

Báo Phú Thọ, the provincial media outlet of Phu Tho, has reported on the Memorandum of Understanding signed between the Phu Tho Centre for Investment Promotion and Enterprise Support and Advanced Water Technology Co., Ltd. (AWT).
The MoU establishes a framework for the two parties to research, survey, propose, and promote potential projects involving activated carbon filter cores, water environmental treatment, and energy in Phu Tho Province.
Nguyen Khac Hieu, Vice Chairman of the Phu Tho Provincial People’s Committee, attended the signing ceremony. According to the report, he instructed the provincial Industrial Parks Management Board and the Centre for Investment Promotion and Enterprise Support to guide AWT through the relevant investment procedures and help address potential difficulties during the project research and development process.
Phu Tho is prioritising investment in high technology, clean industries, clean energy, environmental protection, the circular economy, and the efficient use of resources. These priorities are closely aligned with the areas of cooperation proposed by AWT.
Before the signing ceremony, the AWT delegation surveyed a proposed investment site at Song Lo II Industrial Park. The next stage will involve further assessment of the proposed technologies, project scale, location, investment requirements, and expected economic, social, and environmental benefits.
The MoU does not constitute final investment approval or confirmation of a specific project. It represents the formal beginning of a joint process to assess project feasibility and prepare proposals that comply with the development plans of Phu Tho Province and the laws of Vietnam.
